      Good pay but not with the lack of communication, and expecting you to learn intricate concepts in your own.

      Terrible communication, everyone passes blame. No one shares knowledge, yet got are expected to know what your colleagues know.

      We appreciate your feedback. We constantly strive to create an open environment conducive of both teaching and learning with free-flowing communication in all directions. We’ve started a number of Focus Groups, focused on training and communication, among others, to encourage our associates to freely discuss shortcomings and methods of improvement.       I think the salary was decent for someone without a similar work experience.

      The managers and majority of the people here are not nice! Or maybe that depends on which department you're working in. But my experience with our manager and department was awful! Everybody was unpleasant! If they're not in a bad mood, they're in a terrible mood!!! It's like there's no positivity here. People were always hostile and unfriendly!
