Pros

-Annual pay reviews -Annual bonus up to 15% -Save and share scheme -Decent pension for the private sector

Kontras

-Development and Delivery deadlines always takes priority over value we bring to the customer. Not very customer centric on the ground level, but we work everyday to move the needle. -policies decided by the ELT feel rather distanced from the needs of the workers on the ground

Thank you for leaving us your feedback; we're glad you enjoy your life at Sage experience. We encourage you to challenge yourself and your team to continue delivering at pace but with the value to the customer as your north star. We appreciate that this might be a difficult balance to get sometimes. Still, an unwavering commitment to being customer-centric is crucial and will continue to help you knock down barriers for our customers to thrive. Our culture is people-centric, and hybrid working is at the core of that. Any decisions about hybrid are made with our colleagues' interests at heart, and we shall stick to this commitment. If you have any further thoughts to share, please send them via our internal Always Listening survey.

Pros

was hired as remote and get to have that honored, but have been openly told no career progression because of remote status. decent pay

Kontras

Leadership instability: Seven manager changes during my relatively short tenure. Unrealistic targets: A sales quota set at 1,100% growth (not a typo). Slow product development: Getting anything actioned on the product side takes far too long. Product management turnover: Three product manager changes, resulting in no meaningful deliverables in over three years. Misaligned hiring priorities: Greater emphasis on DEI optics than on hiring people positioned to drive growth. Internal vs. customer focus: More energy spent on internal events than on product enhancements. Lack of accountability (the biggest issue): No one takes ownership. Responsibility gets passed around constantly — for example, client cancellations going unprocessed because they impact someone's numbers. Managers have openly encouraged pushing the work onto someone else rather than handling it.
