Company design is ALL about Corporate. NO consideration for the employees. NO BONUS or profit sharing. Low pay. Management style is deceitful and very poor as they Refuse to listen to the truly skilled employees and rather listen to the less experienced ones. No Morale. To make matters worse they hire some totally unqualified personnel and promote them to better positions. They're a French based company and it shows all the time. It's ALL about the French employees even though so many of the American Employees are the heart of the company.
