Working for NorCal is not a fun experience. Too spread out with Hawaii being the cash cow. Run down stores, run down management, run down staff. Minimal staffing, major expectations. Most managers hate the job, it funnels down to staff. If you are looking for employment stay away from here or any Albertsons/Safeway. The union is also terrible, very lazy.
