Pathetically short training (2 weeks, one of corporate crap and one on the job training week with an overworked pharmacist trying to do their job) with zero follow up and the expectation that you can RUN a pharmacy after 2 weeks of training. Lack of backup/support - everything is "call another pharmacy" for training on things you really should know BEFORE trying to run a pharmacy - finding training documents on their intranet is impossible. Poor staffing levels and now they're cutting tech hours AGAIN - soon there won't be any decent techs left
