Management and corporate expect insane amounts of work, with minimal staff. Always asking why it isn’t done, and when you explain they act like you are lazy. Store management out of touch with reality. Union keeps bad employees, as a department head forced to schedule based on seniority not skill or work ethic. High turnover, no time to properly train new hires. Often forced to throw them to the wolves. Corporate mandates are designed to make you fail. No accountability. Low morale and made to feel like you failed, while trying to perform the work of two people, sometimes three when others call out. Focusing on lists and forgetting that customers are what we are here for.
