If you are an Albertsons employee you will do well. Some ex-safeway employees were kept on during the merge but I'm not sure why because their suggestions are disregarded unless it's the Albertsons way if doing things.

If you are an ex-safeway employee that went to a division office, they have no use for you unless you do thing how they've always done it. No need to make suggestions on faster or more efficient ways to do things as it will be regarded as "bucking the system".
