I’ve consistently encountered pervasive and entrenched bigotry and discriminatory treatment in nearly all aspects of my employment with this company. Of course this comes at a personal cost to me in terms of job performance and emotional health. Management fails to take the issue seriously and company provides anemic training regarding issues revolving around discrimination in regards to sexual orientation. I’ve experienced verbal assaults, obstructions from performing my job detrimentally affecting my performance results. Also an uneven and discriminatory application of corrective/disciplinary system favoring or overlooking similar issues for my heterosexual coworkers, based on contrived and convoluted reasoning. Bigoted management and an HR that skews legitimate claims, misrepresenting and lying in order to protect the bottom line. My advice? Stay away from employment here and also don’t show your support by shopping here either.
