      Pros

      Good co-workers, fast paced, learning and opportunities for growth. Going from clerk to tech with no school, just OJT and studying on my own.

      Formulas used to figure out hours are bogus. My pharmacy is a high volume Rx and they treat us like other stores, that have nowhere near the volume that we do. But they base our hours the same way. And they scratch their heads as to why we are 300+ scripts behind at the end of the day.

      Friendly and helpful colleagues, weekly pay and flexible schedule

      When it is busy, it is very busy. Lunch/Break may get pushed back or even denied in extreme cases because there is no one to cover for you.
