Poor management and too many lazy employees. The good workers get pushed to do more, while lazy ones continue to get away with poor work habits. Many managers are lazy as well and due to being trusted they get away with their laziness. They act like good workers when upper management comes in store; then after they leave, it’s goof off time. Don’t get me wrong there are good people, but they are far out numbered by the bad. Pay raises do not keep up with cost of living.
