Great place to work, plenty of latitude to bounce ideas and execute. Most middle managers and up have huge responsibility which is good and bad of course.
Kontras
The worst benefits I have had in my 18 year career. Do not come here if you plan on having kids, have kids, or may get sick occasionally. I went to the Dr. once last year and paid everything out of pocket. My son went 3 times due to school flu, paid that out of pocket too. Benefits covered nothing and I was out $800.00
