Pay is on the upper end of the pay range. Benefits are second to none. All the home time you want during the slow season.
Kontras
Management looks down on the union employees. Half of their supervisors have no clue on how to bake! There is absolutely no advancement opportunity for union employees. Some union employees have more experience and education their supervisors. Management assigns more and more work and responsibility until their expectations are completely unreasonable. Some employees are forced to work 2 days a week during the slow season. Company uses the union contract only when it is convenient and fights tooth and nail when it isn't.
