Lots of projects going on because of Albertsons-Safeway merger. Not too metrics-centric. Highly values teamwork.

Poor training plan for new hires. Goals and objectives are not set at the start of the year. Delayed annual salary increase. Restructured management resulted to too many people (50+ FTEs) reporting under one manager. People have the tendency to be unprofessional by talking too much about personal matters during shift. Shifting schedule for 2 weeks.
