Nothing good lasts forever - Second Assistant Manager bei Safeway: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Went into management to manage, mentor and coach people; to oversee operations & promote growth. I havent had the opportunity to do any of that because i am used just the same as a uniom clerk, checking & stocking but with longer hours & salary paid. Essentially, im used for free labor. Management treats employees like dogs, never hear a thank you or shown appreciation for hard work. Long hours, no work life balance what so ever. Basically no one cares about anyone but themselves. Thats the corporate world for ya- just cant keep it real.
