Pros
Fellow employees are absolutely amazing and very kind. Hours can be flexible but is compensated by lower pay.
Kontras
Pay is not competitive and the bonuses/incentives are not close to realistic, this option is based off past numbers/company's performance. Owner of company will not update systems/processes. High turn over rate of employees in any position. Company has so much potential but the owner holds it back. I really hope this turns around as those that work there are truly excellent at their jobs and there is so much potential.
