Good and reliable team mates in my team. Medical benefit is good.
Kontras
Management could improve. Salary and bonus is very low given the level and amount of work being handled. No incentives for hard work or top performer. Recognition and reward system in place is lacking. No opportunity to go up as they are cost -cutting. Promotions and hiring are sketchy as new hire quality is not good. It is like they were not tested before getting hired. Toxicity is coming back due to favoritism of manager.
