      Pros

      Few employees and a few managers are very good and most are very helpful.

      Kontras

      Low salary, Not foreigner friendly, strict, and gives chance to grow to only Japanese. It has no plans for the foreigners who wish to grow as a global engineer here even though they want to grow globally.

      Has a learning environement for someone who wants to start career in IT but doesn't have IT background at all and speaks and knows japanese.

      Almost no innovation since the project will be based on client's product.
