Pros

Some projects make you feel like you are helping the environment. Good if you want to gain experience. Opportunities for advancement if you stick in there long enough.

Kontras

Dinosaurs are in the company and have been for years/decades. They practically have immunity. Members of management are able to put up with their shenanigans and put the lower-end workers on the chopping block for their failures. Barely any appreciation for the hard work and sweat that is involved in the work. It's not easy. Pay is alright, not an incentive. You get more pay for working overtime. I would advise to look for another company unless you found no other place hiring you.

Kontras

Workload can fluctuate seasonally depending on your role with some periods being very busy, but managers are open to discussing pinch points and finding solutions.
