Pros
Benefits are good and they add more benefits rather than take them away. They do like to hire from within and they have good incentives for bringing friends. (Sign on and referral bonuses) Annual and quarterly bonuses. Basically unlimited overtime available and it’s mostly optional.
Kontras
Extremely disorganized a lot of the time and that is due to an astonishing lack of communication and planning ahead. This makes day to day work much more frustrating and stressful at times. A lot of inappropriate workplace behavior and bullying. People in positions of leadership gossiping about employees and management turns a cheek so it cultivates a toxic environment where other employees think that’s ok, so unprofessionalism and bullying run ramped. The onboarding process is non existent. People come in not having a clue what they’re doing or where to go and they’re lucky if they get a quick tour. Some of the temps aren’t even told what their schedule is or anything.
