Poor work environment - Validation Engineer bei STERIS: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The following cons are for L&T employees only: 1) The employees are supposed to work 8 am to 6 pm, and taking a lunch break is frowned upon. 2) Very high expectations, I was asked to give KT in the first week of joining. 3) There is no network in the office, so you would have to leave the office even to make a call or order food. 4)The campus is isolated with no restaurants nearby, the lawn does not have benches either. You would have to eat at your table and get frowned upon for doing so.
