Decent job - Warehouse Associate bei STERIS: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Must be bad at your job to be moved into a different position. I asked several times and even demonstrated my abilities and skills to perform a different role but because I was good at my current position I wasn't allowed to transfer while others who were bad were moved. All transfers were 100% management based and didn't matter how many times an associate put in a request to transfer. Also I left the company at the end of a 2 weeks notice and an invite to come back if I needed to. I've attempted to come back and was told I wasn't allowed to be rehired ever.
