Pros
Sales team is willing to share ideas/collaborate/help each other out. There are a lot of nice, smart people in this organization. Technology tools available to individual sales people are top notch (SalesLoft, ClearSlide, Vidyard).
Kontras
Texas/adoption states are the primary focus here, and while that is hopefully changing, it can be very difficult to for reps to break into other territories. Also, the marketing department is not as supportive to sales as they could/should be.
