- Direct manager and team-members are supportive - Flexible schedule which is great for work/life balance - Primarily able to work remotely; only need to go to the office 1-2 times a month - Comprehensive benefits - Internal emphasis on training and career development

- Pay beginning to lag - Perennial lack of resources - Even before the hiring freeze, recruitment could be very slow to post/process job postings - Constant need to increase growth metrics, regardless of how the company or overall industry is faring - Issues that were always present have become far more acute over the last year. In an attempt to cut down on bloat, upper management is requiring minutes of every meeting, ironically increasing bloat. Workloads are increasing rapidly as teams are shrunk by layoffs. Upper management shows lack of respect or consideration for essential management tasks, even as they become a larger portion of employees' roles.

Good quality products. Dedicated individual contributors, intelligent colleagues.

Living in a bubble. They still think they are in the 90s. The thinking is painstakingly slow. Senior management including VPs and senior VPs are extremely inbred in their thinking. They are all perfectly aligned in completely wrong direction. They do the bare minimum and some cannot even hold a decent intellectual conversation. There is a ton of favoritism and only yes men get promoted so everyone is ‘aligned’. If you want to do mundane level thinking and kill your creativity and innovative spirit join this company. It has gotten worse in the last few years. Those currently there are dying to leave but just hanging by the last thread just because the current market is so tight that there is nowhere to go. The senior execs are there for 15-20 years no because they are loyal but because they know they cannot find any other employer who would tolerate their slow thinking.
