      Pros

      Fast paced. Fun. Challenging. Not a place for everyone - and that's what I love about it. A place for people who constantly want to learn, improve themselves and contribute. There is no bureaucracy and management is approachable, and the people who work at STC Direct are smart and go getters.

      I think that STC Direct has done a great job of addressing any area that the teams find not ideal. The plans and approaches they have for the future make me excited to be part of this growing company.
