The US team members that are left are incredibly bright, hard working, and knowledgeable. Everyone wants to help each other succeed and wants to keep the clients happy.

Unfortunately, Italian leadership has completely ruined the culture, quality, and service that this company was once known for. All middle management was cut, leaving little to no support to the employees that are left. Goals are unreachable, so everyone is just spinning their wheels and trying to keep their head above water. There is no opportunity for advancement. Compensation is below industry standards. And I don’t know a single person that is happy working there.
