The management team does a terrible job making it employees feel important. No room for growth. Management does not seem to care if they lose an employee or not, as an employee, you are just a number.

I loved my job... I loved helping

A program can not be successful when the director admits she does not like one of the programs. Training was obsolete and you position is never a guarantee... Makes me sad that those we are to help suffer because of personal issues.
