A very positive and supportive work environment. Many employees work remotely, which is great for those seeking flexibility. I've never felt pressured to work beyond my set hours, but my manager has always shown appreciation when I've been available for more hours during busy times around product deadlines. Management generally seems receptive to constructive feedback. I'm grateful I landed here!

The company has experienced significant growth and change in recent years, so some internal processes aren't as clear as they could be. This is something they're continuing to work on, however.

Smaller company, they have fun employee events and team building, you're working mostly with schools, you get to serve a population that is often underserved (children with disabilities) and make an impact, most of the people who you will work with are really nice and want to see other's succeed too, they care about work/life balance, the benefits are pretty decent, there is tons of room to grow professionally within the business, you are able to interact with executives and even the owners. The owners/ founders are really lovely and down to earth. They built the company from the ground up in the 90's.

It's a "for profit" company so they REALLY care about the bottom line, communication is chaotic and fragmented, you may be expected to take on several people's worth of work load and complete it in a small time frame, they claim to care have and incredible DEI initiative but it's alarmingly un-diverse and most of the leadership is white, job security is iffy.
