The only problem I see is that they prioritize client satisfaction over internal issues. When problems arise, their managers fail to communicate these concerns to the client's management team.

Despite the efforts of the leadership team, it seems that growing the client base is difficult. That is why it seems that more time is spent on keeping and growing opportunities within the few clients they have. In my experience the pipeline has been small and produced little in terms of growing STA into the broad-reaching company so many of us would have liked to have seen it become. Expect a level of uncertainty in terms of length of employment due to the nature of engagements and relationships.
