I have met some amazing, caring individuals during my time with SSM. People that put others' needs before their own.

Upper management has no loyalty to long time employees. Employees are pushed into early retirement when they are less than 2 years away from retirement age. Upper management makes big decisions without considering consequences in the lower ranks. if it saves a buck, the consequences to employees and patients don't seem to matter.
