Many many times I call SSM billing and have multiple issues with being checked in and my location. Suddenly, I’ll see a bill pop-up on my chart showing I owe hundreds of dollars and I have to call and explain the situation of health insurance to the representative and it’s very confusing for them because they weren’t there on site. They explained to me oh the refund takes weeks and weeks or months and months and they don’t care to do anything for me. It’s very aggravating having to do this just to get the money back that I deserve. That I paid out of my own pocket. You guys need to fix this problem. It’s complete ridiculousness.
