Cher ancien collaborateur, Il semblerait que votre expérience au sein de notre entreprise n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos espérances et nous le regrettons. Nos collaborateurs occupent des postes sédentaires. Lors de leurs déplacements en clientèle une à 2 fois par mois en France et dans les 12 pays européens dans lesquels SSL247® est représentée, nous préférons le train ou l’avion pour être en mesure de travailler pendant les voyages qui peuvent être longs. D’autre part, l’ambiance de travail dans nos bureaux est plutôt décontractée malgré la concentration. La plupart de nos collaborateurs sympathisent et se voient hors des heures de travail. Votre commentaire nous semble donc très subjectif. Nous espérons que vos expériences suivantes se seront mieux déroulées et vous souhaitons tous nos vœux de réussite pour la suite. Responsable RH

Pros

- SSL247 hires a lot of young inexperienced staff so it's a good way to step in the industry and get some experience even if you just graduated. - Some staff are very professional and friendly, it's a pleasure to work with them. - You are quickly given more responsibilities and have a shot at showing what you're capable of. - International company and 2 offices in France and UK.

- Top managers maintain a toxic relationship with their employees: one is extremely rude towards staff, swears a lot and shows an unacceptable behaviour, the other is too distant (stays in another office) and hard to communicate with. - Lack of gender equality (female are more represented in repetitive office jobs, male are more represented in higher responsibility and management jobs) - Micro-management is the norm as well as constant changes in company direction. - The company persists in its errors and keeps blaming staff when failing to reach (unrealistic) targets. - No incentive to go the extra mile, success is poorly rewarded. - Management shows its obvious preference for the needs of the sales department

Dear former Colleague, We value your feedback and have taken on-board and shared your comments with our management team. We are glad you recognise the scope increasing responsibility for higher achievers. Regarding equality: at the time of writing, we have an equal number of male and female managers and our overall female to male ratio far exceeds the average for tech/software companies (source: Wall Street Journal – November ’15).
