      Pros

      Good experience to gain from because our company does a lot of commercial and residential jobs. Benefits and 401K is good. friendly employees.

      Kontras

      Sometimes being sent out to the jobs site that require more help but don't send any. Expect you to rush your work and beat the clock. Seems as if safety is not much of a concern but getting the jobs are more important . Driver Violations not really followed with as many jobs to finish

      Regional Managers lack leadership. They prefer to chastise instead of coach. It’s always “figure it out” when you ask for guidance. Only hear from them when something goes wrong.
