Wow, I’m glad you wrote a review and mentioned the key pro about being an outside sales person for us. As a Territory Manager, you earn a base salary, which is pretty good, but a true sales person wants to make a lot more than that. The package also includes an uncapped commission on EVERYTHING you sell, a monthly car allowance, a fuel card, expenses and more. It sounds like you are in the right career and we are glad you are with SRS. We understand that our employees are not always equal in their skill level and if it is affecting your work in a negative way, please discuss with your manager.
