Pros

Plenty of Overtime. 24 hr call center.

Kontras

Schedules are based on statistics but representatives would get bumped up to better schedules for 'exceptions/seniority'... There was not that many normal M-F 9a-5p hours shifts available.

Pros

SRP gave me stability, experience, and the chance to build real skills. I had positive experiences there, and I’m grateful for parts of it. But I’m also realizing that the environment doesn’t always operate from a positive or growth-minded place, and I have to be honest about what that has cost me

The con is not that SRP is a bad place. The con is that it can give you stability and experience, but not always a clear or fair feeling of movement. You can give a lot, build a lot, and still feel like you’re waiting for someone to finally see it
