      Pros

      I work for Comcast by way of SRI. My colleagues who work for other companies do not get the spectrum of benefits that we get. We have paid holidays, PTO, 401k, health, etc. I’m so glad I was recruited by SRI and not the other companies that service this customer.

      Great Co-workers, made life long friends.

      Poor management, lower level management are buddy-buddy with each other and promote friends rather than good workers, upper level management is very disconnected from what actually happens, and doesn’t care to listen to lower level employees
