Pros

My coworkers outside of leadership were fantastic up until they quit.

I remember being asked many times to provide a positive Glassdoor review any time a negative one was posted. The same was asked when we were issued surveys regarding Spectraforce being a 'Great Place to Work.' It was always uncomfortable to be asked repeatedly. That is why their Glassdoor rating is so unusually high, its been completely skewed with these types of reviews. I've even seen some ratings on their annual all-hands meeting called the Summit, and find it really odd to be rating a meeting on a public forum. There are a lot of things you need to watch out for at this company, so be sure you are reading between the lines and are heeding the warnings that are here.

Pros

My experience as a Spectraforce contract employee has been extremely positive. The onboarding process was smooth, and ongoing support has been consistent and reliable. Brianna Cannici, the Client Executive supporting my engagement, has been outstanding. She played a key role in helping me get started with my employer and has done an excellent job managing the contractor–employer relationship. She is highly effective at mediating issues, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining clear communication. Her monthly check-ins and proactive involvement make a significant difference and provide a strong sense of support as a contractor.

Pros

Frequent communication from staff. Decent pay.

High staff turnover. I constantly had new people to where I never really knew who I was supposed to go to with questions or concerns. Zero effort to place me in another position when contract ended.
