Pros

The company provides a great benefits package. Remote work environment is well managed, time zones and work hours are generally respected.

Kontras

There are a handful of posts with poor reviews of executive management here for a reason. I would say those are accurate in my experience. Feedback does not seem to be genuinely desired and is often met with hostility. The company is going through typical growing pains which is fine but the attitude of Executive Management makes it that much harder to push through those issues and often leaves people looking over their shoulder or unwilling to speak up/collaborate.

Pros

At SP6, it’s not just a job—it’s a journey. With competitive salaries, open channels of communication, and the flexibility to work remotely, SP6 sets you up for success. But that’s not all! They’re like the fairy godmother of professional development, waving their magic wand and showering you with tools and resources. And guess what? Work-life balance isn’t just a buzzword here; it’s a lifestyle. So, whether you’re crunching numbers or brainstorming ideas, SP6’s got your back.

Kontras

Hold onto your hat, because SP6 moves faster than a caffeinated squirrel! If you’re not ready to sprint alongside them, you might feel like you’re chasing a comet. But hey, at least it’s never boring!

Pros

Two days a week remote. Lunch every day in office. Some good teammates. Good work/life balance.

Kontras

Extremely toxic and condescending leadership. No matter how much I made the company over 3 years, I never felt respected. Sub par base salary pay compared to the standard. The company is slowly dying due to Splunk losing its hold on the industry, as well as "leaders" that don't lead. I've never worked anywhere where ex-employees were talked about so frequently in meetings (negatively). Took away company-wide fully paid for benefits. After years in the role, I didn't feel like I was growing in my career and decided to move on. Best decision I've made.
