Several of these projects ultimately failed, leading to financial difficulties, legal disputes, the bankruptcy of its UK subsidiary, and substantial losses for investors. The gap between the company's ambitions and the actual results raised serious concerns about execution, transparency, and accountability of the bicéphale leadership.

This company has the purpose to over pay the management because the CMO and head of operations are father and daughter and the highest paid in the company with no relevant experience and qualifications. The only qualifications they have is that they are the girlfriend and father in law of the CEO. Pay your employees honestly as much as you pay your family in the business.

High salaries of incapable management that are related or in a relationship with the founder and CEO plus ridiculous high management fee paid to CEO and company cars for the family with “special” parking only for the management.
