Competitive compensation, pension plan, benefits, and vacation plan for non-union staff and managers.

Kontras

Pandemic took its toll on the organization and leadership team. Lots of change in leadership, and some poor leadership selection in more recent years has created a divided and inexperienced, incompetent leadership team. Poor labour relations and a heavy reliance on agency staffing throughout and following the pandemic made for a challenging work environment.

LEAN focus means departments are constantly focused on improving efficiency and working out issues. Tons of smart, friendly people work here and there career opportunities abound. Strong union.

Kontras

No overtime pay for most positions. Hospital needs more space but is planning to expand.
