      Surrounded by a smart set of people. Large company - a ton of career paths possible Great compensation - not as great as it used to be 5 years back, when compared to other companies.

      Kontras

      Reducing focus on retaining the strength of human capital. This used to be a core competency at some point but is gradually fading away.
