Disorganized, leadership tends to not have people skills, process changes and overhauled seemingly every month. Can’t get comfortable with learning the way the job is done, because the company will change it and you have to learn again. Managers can be rude, vulgar, and will use explicit language fat to often. If you want to transfer to another department, the managers can and will block your internal transfer so you can leave.
