Leaving at 5 pm is a dream. - Does not treat employees like people, you're just a number, like cattle. - Hard to get training outside of your discipline - If you're lacking in a certain area, instead of providing training or study material you're expected to go research to find the answer yourself (i.e. Google). - Promotes safety, but it's a tattletale culture. It's hard to report something without it getting blown up and/or somehow being your fault. - Managers that do not know how to properly manage.
