Dual career maybe a problem when you have to swallow an incompetent manager because of his/her partner; 5. Support employees are underestimated, even if they are clearly 10 times better than operations guys; 6. Operations do not plan, do not understand that bureaucracy is a way of life in Latin America. Not planning, only increases pressure and enhances the likelihood of mistakes; 7. Bad payer in comparison to some competitors; 8. All the good job done in years may vanish if your manager do get along with you. SLP3 (annual appraisal) is torn and your work history is erased.
