      I have recently got a job. Interesting work. Nice colleagues and good team members. They get goos sales.

      Everyone in the system looks like a "bechara".There is no vision or goals. everything is adhoc. Is a very lala type company. everything is inconsistent and no processes. No work life balance, zero people orientation, stupid HR.
