Pros

Good quality insurance included. Great management team in Field Service. Great products. Competition breeds excellence and this company is always striving to stay ahead. Customer service is paramount. Tons of PTO, competitive wages, very fair travel accommodations and compensation

Kontras

Internal structural growing pains. Company recently upgraded logistical software and has gone through an incredible hiring spree which was challengingly times but management is pushing us forward at a steady pace.

Pros

Good benefits and the non-executives are good people. You’ll learn a lot in a couple of years so you won’t be bored.

Kontras

Non-agile company. Internal processes keep changing/adding up making it the most non-efficient company I’ve worked for. Marching orders coming from Germany and they keep removing support engineers as they want more sales people.
