      bad management. all the bosses only want the result to be on time but never really understand the workers. boss have their favourite employee. they talk bad about their employees. very toxic environment. keep on saying business is bad

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
