Gain technical knowledge, but I dunno if that could be viewed as pros or cons

Never ending OT due to insufficient staff Team structure always changes mid level managers are arrogant and no respect for lower level staff

Plenty of work, decent benefits

Kontras

Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
