There is a high turnover in management. Current management is awful and doesn't provide much support with customers and operations. You have to be okay with working alone. Commissions checks are supposed to be paid every 45 days if management remembers to approve it. Everyone month employees have to send emails to HR and finance to tell them we haven't gotten paid.
