Not so good for science related staff - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei SGS: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The pay like others have mentioned is well below competitive or even median, currently im at the bottom 10% and have many years experience. Besides general pay bonuses are virtually non existent and raises if you get one are cents on the dollar. There is no real room for growth in lab positions. Management is mostly not the best and have a habit of not appreciating any kind of improvements or optimizing you make. Honestly this isnt a good place to consider a career, and hardly is good for experience, at least on the lab side of things cant say much for other areas.
