Pros
Hard to say. Once you end your probation period(3month probation) you will start seeing all kinds of stuff happening. you won't be making money like how they told you during interviews or anywhere. So I will say there is no pros in this company.
Kontras
Unfair treatment, biasness. Dictatorship. Feels like walking on egg shells there. Always need to look out for yourself as anything can happen to you. Once they don't need you. They will find thousand of ways to kick you out of the company. No matter how good you are(or try to be good) if you are the least favorite person, they won't even treat you like human. HR won't even know why are you being terminated as they will tell them we wanna resign due to some issues. And you won't have any ways to report to MOM as they know how to cover up every single thing they doing. List can go on and on.
